My Name is Susan Lazar Hart. I am a Licensed Access Facilitator with Access Consciousness, an Artist with an MFA, a Yoga Teacher, a Life Coach, a Motivational Speaker and the generator of Access Total Wellness.

I also co-host a weekly radio show Heart 2 Hart on BlogTalkRadio with my daughter Kelsey. And what do we talk about? Relationships! Relationships to our bodies, our lives, our friends, our businesses, to our selves.

Why do I tell you all this? Because for me it's all about choice. Are you caught up in a relationship that just doesn't work anymore? Would you like to have more sex, more fun, more you?

I have been married for over 31 years and with a household of 4 children I have generated my life by ignoring the rules and choosing what works for me.
